The Logix(TM) Digital Positioner combines a fast 16-bit microprocessor and two-stage electronic relay (patent pending) with features such as local status LEDs and an on-board calibration button to deliver unparalleled performance. In addition to high sensitivity and fast response, this positioner offers diagnostics to assist in predictive/preventive valve maintenance and extensive configuration routines to optimize various valve types and sizes.

Flowserve’s Automax SuperNova actuators incorporate a precision-extruded hard anodized aluminum body and a one-piece, nickel-plated pinion gear, factory-lubricated for a long trouble-free life. The “one compact design” for double-acting and spring-return actuators allows easy field-conversion simply by installing or removing the springs. The SuperNova is available in torque ranges from 25 in-lbs. to 58,000 in-lbs., for optimum actuator sizing for each valve requirement.

The R5 Series Heavy-duty Scotch Yoke Actuator provides torque output as high as 500,000 in-lb. When combined with Flowserve's extensive range of Automax automation products, the R5 Series offers the opportunity to standardize on a single source for complete quarter-turn automation needs.

The pneumatic series actuators utilize a quad seal in conjunction with a piston wearband. The quad seal provides a low friction, long lasting seal, proven dependable for years of trouble free service. The wearband provides additional alignment and support for the piston seal. This actuator is available in pneumatic, gas and hydraulic models.
