K-Tork manufactures true rotary actuators—while traditional piston actuators convert linear motion to rotary motion by means of cranks, gears, or levers, the strength of K-Tork is its simplicity. K-Tork’s actuators have just one moving part, the vane, and no o-ring seal. K-Tork also offers a complementary line of control positioners, override gears, solenoids, and limit switches.

K-Tork rotary vane actuators are designed for long life and precise control of quarter-turn valves. With only one moving part, the simplistic design provides years of service in demanding, high-cycle, fast operation, and critical modulating applications. Seven sizes are available up th 150,000 IN/lbs (16950 Nm). Adjustable rotation of 80 to 100 degrees is standard with restricted travel versions optional.
