Duragauge®Plus

An exclusive, new, optional feature providing virtually liquid-filled performance in a dry gauge. The Ashcroft Duragauge®PLUS! features a patent-pending design incorporated into the industry standard Ashcroft Duragauge pressure gauge. Historically, pulsation and vibration have reduced gauge life and made gauges difficult to read. Customers have had no alternative to liquid-filled gauges to solve vibration and pulsation problems... until now!

Duratemp® Thermometer

Ashcroft's Direct- Mounted Series 600B Duratemp Thermometer features a design that resists shock and vibration, with no gears to wear or misalign. Other features include: Gas-operated molecular sieve, Mercury free, 1% full-span accuracy, Maxivision dial, and Limited five-year warranty. The Everyangle Duratemp thermometer can be rotated 360° and can be angled 180°, ensuring readability in any installation.

This series has a hermetic seal and an external adjustment in the rear of the case. As with other Ashcroft industrial bimetal thermometers, it has a Maxivision dial which eliminates parallax by placing the pointer on the same plane as the graduations. The connection locations are rear, lower, and Everyangle.

The hermetic seal is intended to prevent entry of moisture into the casing, thus minimizing the possibility of icing or fogging inside the case. The window stays clear, and with the Maxivision dial, precise readings are certain.

This broad Ashcroft® switch series is ideal for use in virtually all process and industrial applications. It features an explosion-proof NEMA 7/9 enclosure; a choice of switch elements for all applications, including hermetically sealed; a wide choice of wetted materials, including all-welded Monel or stainless steel; and fixed or limited adjustable deadband. It if approved for UL, CSA and FM ratings.

Duplex Industrial Gauges
Type 1038, 1339, Grade A (2-1-2%)

The Ashcroft Type 1038 duplex gauge is used to display two separate input pressures on the same gauge for comparison purposes. It is available in 3.5", 4.5", and 6" dial sizes, with bronze bourdon tube and brass sockets. The gauge has two separate systems and movements with nonadjustable red and black pointers.

Duragauge® Pressure Gauge
Type 1279, Grade (±0.5%)

The solid-front Ashcroft phenolic case gauge is truly an industry first. Offered in 4.5" size only, weather-proof, hermetically sealed or liquid-filled versions. The weatherproof gauge is easily field converted to a hermetically sealed or liquid-filled gauge with a special kit. Molded threads at the front and rear of the case provide axial seals with the use of threaded rings. The ring is glass-filled polypropylene. In the weather-proof version, the pressure relief back is polypropylene, fastened with stainless steel screws.
