Pressure Reducing Regulator

The Model D is Cashco's primary general service, self-contained, pressure reducing regulator. Unit handles inlet pressures up to 400 psig (27.6 Barg) and outlet pressures from 2-250 psig (.14-17.2 Barg) in multiple spring ranges.  Model D is utilized for the majority of industrial pressure reducing applications.

Model 1000HP
Process pressure Reducing Regulator

The Model 1000HP is a high capacity, high pressure regulator used to control downstream pressure between 10 and 300 psig (0.69 and 20.7 Barg). Available in sizes from 1/2" thru 2" (DN15 thru DN50).  The unique internals design allows use in a multitude of applications, including process fluids, that normal pressure reducing regulators can not match. The most versatile self-contained, pressure reducing regulator available to users.

The Cashco Model 520 is a sliding stem, angle style, bellows sealed, pneumatically actuated control valve designed to provide superior long-term performance and maximum corrosion resistance in pure chemical service.  The design allows for all wetted internal parts to be machined from a solid block of isostatically compacted, virgin TFE, thus ensuring maximum density and the lowest possible permeability.  An additional design benefit is that the wall thickness integrity is ensured as a result of the TFE body being internally machined after it is secured in a cast 304 SST body shell, thus preventing distortion problems related to the plastic stability of TFE. There is simply no better design or materials available when consideration is given to corrosion resistance and thermal stability.

Ranger QCT
Eccentric Plug Rotary Control Valve (Rotary Globe)

The Ranger QCT is a control valve with a pneumatic spring-diaphragm actuator. It can be supplied with either a flanged or flangeless body style. This rotary design provides excellent service life in a wide range of applications. Its most unique design feature centers around its Quick Change Trim – QCT. This concept provides front access to the valve body, allowing use of various lo-noise inserts, abrasion sleeve or alternate frontend seal retainers. Also, combinations of these features can be utilized to meet specific application needs. The Ranger is the most user friendly control valve in the marketplace when it comes to maintenance. It takes a mere five minutes to change trim when out of the pipeline and requires no recalibration.
