Consolidated 2900 Series Pilot Operated Valve
The technology used in the new 2900 Series Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valve is a blend of two current products, the 1900 SRV and the 3900 POSRV. The 2900 POSRV combines the main base and internals from the 1900 SRV with the 3900 pilot valve and its patented modulator concept. Performance Characteristics include the following pressure range: 15 psig to 3750 psig; temperature range: - 450ºF to +1200ºF; blowdown: 2% of set pressure (adjustable 2% to 7%); backpressure: 100% of set pressure; media: liquids, gas, steam, 2-phase; and compliance with the following codes codes: ASME Section VIII, Division I & II. |

Consolidated MPV Modular Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valve
The MPV Modulating Design produces the least amount of process media loss of any product available. The simple design significantly reduces the number and handling of parts with improved reliability and maintenance. The unique seat design features self-cleaning operation with more tolerance to icing and dirty conditions. The one-seal design has a wide application range and compatibility. MPV Pop Pilot Performance: pressure range: 15 psig to 3750 psig; temperature range: -40ºF to +400ºF; compatible for liquid or gas service; blowdown: 2%-5% of set point; tightness after reseat: 98% of set point. MPV Modulating Pilot Performance: pressure range: 15 psig to 3750 psig; temperature range: -40ºF to +400ºF; compatible for liquid or gas service; blowdown: 1% - 4% of set point; tightness after reseat: 99% of set point. |
